Mr. Lawrence Cheung Wai-kou, MH JP

Mr. Cheung is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising) (FCPA (Practising)), Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Public Accountants (FCCA) and Fellow of Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (FTIHK). Mr. Cheung had worked in the Inland Revenue Department of Hong Kong and a Big-four international audit firm before he set up his own practice in 1978. He has extensive business connections and experience in audit, business advisory, taxation, investment and finance. And because of his services for the Chinese Temples Committee, the Board of Management of the Chinese Permanent Cemeteries under the Secretary of Home Affairs of the Hong Kong Government, the Betting and Lotteries Commission, the TV Show Organising Committee of The Community Chest, the Chairman of Sir David Trench Fund for Recreation Investment Advisory Committee and other public services, Mr. Cheung was awarded the designation of Justice of the Peace (JP) and Medal of Honor (MH) in 2006 and 2010 respectively. Mr. Cheung is currently the Vice Patron and member of Board of Directors of The Community Chest of Hong Kong.
